Mediterranean Rolls

8 ounces crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil
2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil or
    3/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 pans baked Parkerhouse Rolls
    or Sourdough Rolls

Combine first 5 ingredients. Open each roll, and spread each with about 1 teaspoon cheese mixture; close rolls. Return rolls to pans; cover loosely with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees fro 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve warm. Yield: 32 rolls.
